Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Orders are despatched within 7 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Winmart. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder’s credit/debit card.
Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of WINMART or the carrier.

SHOPPING ONLINE WITH WINMART
For step-by-step shopping instructions, please follow the progression below:
a. When you have found a Product on the Website that you would like to buy, please click on the button labelled “add to cart”. This will add your Product to a virtual “shopping”.
b. To change what’s in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click on the “shopping cart icon” at top right hand corner.
c. To edit the quantity from your virtual shopping cart, key in the quantity into the box or click the minus “ – “ button to reduce the quantity or plus “ + “ button to increase the quantity and click “update” button.
d. To remove a Product from your virtual shopping cart, click on “ x “ button to remove.
e. To add more Products to your virtual shopping cart, click on the link labelled “continue shopping”.
f. To pay for the Products in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click button labelled “check out”.
g. When you click the “check out” button, you will be asked to provide various information necessary to process your order and deliver the Product(s) to you.
You can provide this information by filling in the fields requested on the screen. We respect your right and will only use any information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All items are in stock unless “out of stock” is indicated. On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable, we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.

If you would like to amend your order, please contact us at enquiry@winmart.com.sg
Your will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.
We accept Paynow, Bank transfer and PayPal. Payment has to be made before delivery. Cash payment is available for self-collection at our Yishun Office. Please note that all payments are charged in SGD.
To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:
a. Place your orders
b. Proceed to checkout.
c. Enter your Promotion Code at the box indication “Voucher Code”. Simply type in this text field.
d. Click “apply” to submit your order to see the final amount with your promotion discount applied.

It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit. Please note that due to security reasons, we will not retain your card details.
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at enquiry@winmart.com.sg and quote your transaction reference number. Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (SG time). We will endeavour to reply to your query within 2 working days and we will advise you on what to do next.
There is no minimum order requirement. Delivery charges will remain as specified.
